【摘要】：反社會(huì)型人格障礙作為人格障礙的常見類型,已經(jīng)成為犯罪學(xué)、心理學(xué)及精神病學(xué)共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),主要以冷酷無情、沖動(dòng)性、攻擊性和低責(zé)任感等為特征,對(duì)社會(huì)危害較大。以素質(zhì)-環(huán)境因素的交互作用為線索,綜述了神經(jīng)生物學(xué)相關(guān)理論、遺傳、腦結(jié)構(gòu)與功能等素質(zhì)因素以及家庭教養(yǎng)方式這種環(huán)境因素中的童年期創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷在反社會(huì)型人格障礙共情和羞恥感中的作用機(jī)制,旨在為深入揭示反社會(huì)型人格障礙的病理機(jī)制提供系統(tǒng)而詳實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a common type of personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder has become the focus of common concern in criminology, psychology and psychiatry. It is characterized by ruthlessness, impulsion, aggression and low responsibility, which is harmful to society. Based on the interaction of diathesis and environmental factors, the related theories of neurobiology, heredity and neurobiology are reviewed. The role of childhood traumatic experiences in the environmental factors such as brain structure and function, as well as family rearing style, in empathy and shame in antisocial personality disorders, The aim is to provide a systematic and detailed theoretical basis for further revealing the pathological mechanism of antisocial personality disorder.
