【摘要】：目的比較�？谑谐鞘泻娃r(nóng)村中小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀流行現(xiàn)況,為探究?jī)和嗌倌暌钟舻挠绊懸蛩靥峁┮罁?jù)。方法在�？谑谐青l(xiāng)采用分層整群抽樣的方法抽取4995名學(xué)生,運(yùn)用兒童抑郁量表(CDI)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。各組學(xué)生抑郁癥狀檢出率比較采用χ~2檢驗(yàn);城市和農(nóng)村學(xué)生抑郁總分及各維度得分比較采用t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果抑郁癥狀總檢出率為32.3%。農(nóng)村學(xué)生抑郁癥狀檢出率為39.0%,城市學(xué)生為29.4%。在城市,中學(xué)生抑郁癥狀檢出率高于小學(xué)生,農(nóng)村則相反。農(nóng)村學(xué)生的抑郁總分及負(fù)面情緒、低效感、軀體癥狀、人際問(wèn)題和快感缺乏五個(gè)維度得分均高于城市學(xué)生。結(jié)論�？谑谐青l(xiāng)中小學(xué)生抑郁癥狀檢出率較高,特別是農(nóng)村學(xué)生。建議農(nóng)村家庭和學(xué)校給予孩子更多關(guān)愛,以降低農(nóng)村兒童心理行為問(wèn)題的發(fā)生,促進(jìn)兒童健康成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the prevalence of depressive symptoms among primary and middle school students in urban and rural areas of Haikou City, and to provide evidence for exploring the influencing factors of depression in children and adolescents. Methods 4995 students were sampled by stratified cluster sampling in urban and rural areas of Haikou city and investigated by (CDI). 蠂 ~ 2 test was used to compare the detection rate of depressive symptoms in each group, and t test was used to compare the total score of depression and the scores of each dimension between urban and rural students. Results the total detectable rate of depressive symptoms was 32. 3%. The detectable rate of depression was 39.0% for rural students and 29.4% for urban students. In urban areas, the prevalence of depression in middle school students is higher than that in primary school students, but the opposite is true in rural areas. The scores of total depression, negative emotion, low efficiency, somatic symptoms, interpersonal problems and lack of pleasure of rural students were higher than those of urban students. Conclusion the rate of depression in primary and middle school students in Haikou City is high, especially in rural areas. It is suggested that rural families and schools should give more care to children in order to reduce the occurrence of psychological and behavioral problems and promote the healthy growth of children.
