【摘要】：目的采用Meta分析方法研究輕度認(rèn)知障礙(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者腦脊液總tau(totaltau,T-tau)蛋白及β淀粉樣蛋白42(β-amyloid 42,Aβ42)水平的改變。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Cochrane臨床試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫,Ovid全文電子期刊、中國知網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普中文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫及萬方等數(shù)據(jù)庫中關(guān)于MCI患者中腦脊液T-tau蛋白及Aβ42變化的病例-對照研究,采用Review Manager 5.2軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共有17篇文獻(xiàn)納入分析。Meta分析結(jié)果顯MCI患者腦脊液中T-tau蛋白水平顯著高于對照組(MD=113.10,95%CI=87.93~138.26);而腦脊液中Aβ42水平明顯低于正常對照組(MD=-146.50,95%CI=-178.70~-114.29),且兩者的改變均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論 MCI患者腦脊液T-tau蛋白水平明顯增高,而Aβ42水平明顯下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of total tau (totaltau,T-tau) and 尾 -amyloid 42 (尾-amyloid 42 A 尾 42) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with mild cognitive impairment (mild cognitive impairment,MCI) by Meta analysis. Methods Pubmed,Cochrane clinical trial database, Ovid full text electronic journal and full text database were searched by computer. A case-control study on the changes of cerebrospinal fluid (T-tau) protein and A 尾 _ (42) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with MCI was carried out in Weipu Chinese Journal Database and Wanfang database. Review Manager 5.2 software was used to analyze the data by Meta. Results 17 articles were included in the analysis. The results of Meta analysis showed that the level of T-tau protein in cerebrospinal fluid of MCI patients was significantly higher than that of control group (MD=113.10,95%CI=87.93~138.26). The level of A 尾 42 in cerebrospinal fluid was significantly lower than that in normal control group (MD=-146.50,95%CI=-178.70~-114.29), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusion the level of T-tau protein in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with MCI was significantly increased, while the level of A 尾 42 was significantly decreased.
