【摘要】：目的:觀察谷紅注射液治療非癡呆性血管性認(rèn)知障礙(VCIND)的臨床療效,并且探討其對(duì)脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2的影響。方法:2011年1月-2012年12月在某院就診的112例VCIND患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組患者接受常規(guī)治療,觀察組患者除了常規(guī)治療外還接受靜脈滴注谷紅注射液,20 ml·d-1,治療8周后比較2組患者治療前后的事件相關(guān)電位-P300(ERP-·P300)、蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評(píng)估量表(MoCA)評(píng)分以及血清脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2水平的變化。結(jié)果:(1)治療后觀察組患者ERP-300潛伏期較對(duì)照組顯著延長(P0.01),ERP-300波幅較對(duì)照組顯著增加(P0.01);(2)治療后觀察組患者M(jìn)oCA評(píng)分較對(duì)照組顯著增加(P0.01);(3)治療后觀察組患者Lp-PLA2水平較對(duì)照組顯著降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論:谷紅注射液可改善VCIND患者的認(rèn)知功能,并且可以降低VCIND患者的脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2水平。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the clinical efficacy of Guhong injection in the treatment of non dementia vascular cognitive impairment (VCIND) and to explore the effect of Guhong injection on lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (PLA2). Methods: from January 2011 to December 2012, 112 patients with VCIND were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy, the patients in the observation group were also given intravenous injection of Guhong injection (20 ml d-1) in addition to routine treatment. After 8 weeks of treatment, the event-related potential (ERP- P300) was compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Changes of (MoCA) score and serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A 2 level in Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale. Results: (1) after treatment, the latency of ERP-300 in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P0.01), and the amplitude of ERP-300 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01). (2) after treatment, the MoCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.01); (3). The Lp-PLA2 level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: Guhong injection can improve the cognitive function of VCIND patients and decrease the level of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A 2 in VCIND patients.
