【摘要】：目的:對創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙(PTSD)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行內(nèi)容分析。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索知網(wǎng)、萬方、貴州數(shù)字圖書館等數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集2004年1月-2014年9月關(guān)于PTSD的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。由3名研究者獨(dú)立對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行篩選、編碼和制作類目表,并根據(jù)類目表進(jìn)行內(nèi)容分析。結(jié)果:最終確定54篇碩士論文,10篇博士論文和710篇期刊文獻(xiàn)為內(nèi)容分析樣本。2010年P(guān)TSD研究論文數(shù)量達(dá)到頂峰,共118篇;關(guān)注研究對象的文獻(xiàn)共531篇、研究癥狀345篇、創(chuàng)傷類型408篇、影響因素528篇、發(fā)病機(jī)制136篇、治療方法198篇。其中,以社會(huì)人員為研究對象的文獻(xiàn)占72.13%,多方面綜合癥狀的文獻(xiàn)占55.36%,創(chuàng)傷類型為自然災(zāi)害的文獻(xiàn)占46.81%,影響因素為綜合因素的文獻(xiàn)占26.89%,發(fā)病機(jī)制為生理機(jī)制的文獻(xiàn)占74.27%,治療方法為心理治療的文獻(xiàn)占45.96%。結(jié)論:創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙的患病對象范圍廣、影響因素多,研究注重多方面綜合癥狀、自然災(zāi)害創(chuàng)傷類型、生物學(xué)發(fā)病機(jī)制以及心理治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relevant literature of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods: the databases of Zhiwang, Wanfang and Guizhou Digital Library were searched by computer, and the relevant documents on PTSD were collected from January 2004 to September 2014. Three researchers independently sifted, coded and made catalog tables, and analyzed the contents according to the category tables. Results: 54 master's theses, 10 doctoral theses and 710 periodical articles were selected as content analysis samples. The number of PTSD research papers reached its peak in 2010 (118 articles). There were 408 trauma types, 528 influencing factors, 136 pathogenesis and 198 treatment methods. Of which, The literature on social personnel was 72.13, the literature of multiple symptoms was 55.36, the type of trauma was natural disaster (46.81), the influencing factor was comprehensive factor (26.89), the pathogenesis of disease was physiological mechanism (74.27). The literature of psychotherapy accounted for 45.96%. Conclusion: posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has a wide range of patients and many influencing factors. The study focuses on comprehensive symptoms, types of natural disaster trauma, biological pathogenesis and psychotherapy.
