【摘要】：目的為精神殘疾人設計有效的社區(qū)日間多元化康復治療。方法選取陶然亭街道轄區(qū)內由精神分裂癥導致精神殘疾者30例,分為對照組和干預組各15例,進行日間多元化康復模式的對照實驗研究,并使用陽性和陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)及世界衛(wèi)生組織殘疾評定方案(WHO-DAS 2.0)國際中文版評估療效。結果康復治療后,干預組的PANSS陰性量表及一般精神病理量表、WHO-DAS 2.0評分持續(xù)下降,在第8周、第12周時有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。結論社區(qū)日間多元化康復治療模式可有效地整合社區(qū)資源,提高精神殘疾康復效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to design effective community day-to-day rehabilitation for the mentally disabled. Methods 30 patients with mental disability caused by schizophrenia were divided into control group (15 cases) and intervention group (15 cases). Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and World Health Organization Disability Assessment Program (WHO-DAS 2.0) were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results after rehabilitation treatment, the WHO-DAS 2.0 scores of PANSS negative scale and general psychopathology scale in the intervention group continued to decrease, and there was a significant difference between them at the 8th week and the 12th week (P0.01). Conclusion the multiple rehabilitation treatment model can effectively integrate community resources and improve the rehabilitation effect of mental disability.
