【摘要】:正抑郁癥,國際上習(xí)稱為抑郁障礙,是一組慢性、高患病率、具有高致殘率及致死率的精神疾病,有其相應(yīng)的神經(jīng)生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和相關(guān)腦結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的異常。基因易感性和環(huán)境(應(yīng)激事件)是其發(fā)病機制的兩個重要因素,基因與環(huán)境相互作用導(dǎo)致抑郁癥,其生物學(xué)機制最終通路可能是神經(jīng)可塑性[1]。神經(jīng)可塑性是指大腦對各種內(nèi)外刺激產(chǎn)生的與功能
[Abstract]:Positive depression, known internationally as depressive disorder, is a group of chronic, high prevalence, high disability rate and mortality of mental diseases, has its corresponding neurobiological basis and related brain structure and function abnormalities. Gene susceptibility and environment (stress events) are two important factors of its pathogenesis. The interaction between gene and environment leads to depression, and the biological mechanism may be neural plasticity [1].
