【摘要】：目的調(diào)查寧夏地區(qū)55歲及以上回、漢族人群的輕度認知功能障礙(MCI)現(xiàn)狀。方法分別采用典型抽樣法和概率比例規(guī)模(PPS)抽樣法在寧夏城市和農(nóng)村社區(qū)抽取55歲及以上人群2 471例,由統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)的調(diào)查員采用簡易智能精神狀態(tài)檢查量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力(ADL)量表進行MCI的篩查,比較回、漢族人群檢出率差異。結(jié)果共有439例符合MCI判定標準,檢出率為21.6%(95%CI:19.1~23.2)。農(nóng)村檢出率高于城市(24.3%vs 19.2%),女性檢出率高于男性(27.1%vs 13.5%),回族檢出率高于漢族(25.0%vs 20.0%,P均0.05);隨年齡的增長檢出率呈顯著增高趨勢(χ~2=40.26,P0.001);控制年齡、性別、城鄉(xiāng)和文化程度后,漢族MCI的檢出率仍顯著低于回族(OR=0.74,95%CI:0.56~0.90)。結(jié)論寧夏地區(qū)55歲及以上人群MCI檢出率處于較高水平,回、漢族之間具有顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Han population aged 55 and above in Ningxia. Methods A total of 2 471 people aged 55 years and above were selected from urban and rural communities in Ningxia by using typical sampling method and probability scale (PPS) sampling method, respectively. (MMSE) and (ADL) were used to screen the MCI. The detection rate of MCI was different among the Han population. Results A total of 439 cases met the criteria of MCI, the detection rate was 21.6% (95%CI:19.1~23.2). The detection rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas (24.3%vs 19.2%), in women was higher than that in men (27.1%vs 13.5%), and in Hui nationality was higher than that in Han nationality (25.0%vs 20.0%, all P 0.05). The detection rate of MCI in Han nationality was still significantly lower than that in OR=0.74,95%CI:0.56~0.90. Conclusion the detection rate of MCI in the population aged 55 years and over in Ningxia is at a high level, and there is a significant difference between the Han nationality and Hui nationality.
