【摘要】：目的探究軀體形式障礙(SD)患者心智理論(To M)功能的特征及與述情障礙的相關(guān)性。方法選擇30例年齡在18~60歲符合《美國精神障礙診斷與統(tǒng)計(jì)手冊第4版》診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的軀體形式障礙患者作為研究組,選擇年齡、性別及教育水平相匹配的30例正常健康者作為對照組。兩組均給予評估失言察覺任務(wù)測試(FPR)、Yoni任務(wù)測試及多倫多述情障礙20個(gè)條目量表(TAS-20)評定,對兩組所測得結(jié)果加以比較,并對研究組的FPR、Yoni任務(wù)評分與TAS-20評分進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果兩組間比較,研究組的FPR總分、失言故事分及控制故事分和Yoni任務(wù)測試的Cog、Cog2、Aff、Aff1及Aff2評分均低于對照組,兩組間的Yoni任務(wù)測試Cog1、Phy、Phy1及Phy2評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組FPR總分、失言故事分與TAS-20總分及各因子分的相關(guān)性分析均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);Yoni任務(wù)測試的Cog及Aff各因子分與TAS-20總分、各因子分的相關(guān)性分析均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 SD患者的心智理論能力明顯受損,且與述情障礙有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of (To M) function in patients with somatoform disorder (SD) and its correlation with alexithymia. Methods Thirty patients with somatoform disorders, aged 1860 years, who met the diagnostic criteria of the American Manual for the diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorder, were selected as the study group. Sex and education level matched 30 normal healthy persons as control group. The two groups were assessed with (FPR) and 20 item scale of alexithymia (TAS-20). The results of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between FPR,Yoni task score and TAS-20 score of the study group was analyzed. Results compared with the control group, the total score of FPR, the score of control story and the score of Cog,Cog2,Aff,Aff1 and Aff2 of the Yoni task test in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The Cog1,Phy,Phy1 and Phy2 scores of the Yoni task test were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference (P0.05); the total score of FPR, the score of miswords in the study group was negatively correlated with the total score of TAS-20 and the correlation analysis of each factor score (P0.05). The Cog and Aff factor scores of Yoni task test were negatively correlated with the total score of TAS-20, and the correlation analysis of each factor score was negative correlation (P0.05). Conclusion the mental theoretical ability of SD patients is obviously impaired and related to alexithymia.
