【摘要】：攻擊行為在各類人群中均有存在，其中精神科住院精神病人的攻擊行為因其發(fā)生率高、危害性大而倍受人們關(guān)注。在精神醫(yī)療單位日常工作中對住院精神病人的攻擊行為進行準確的預測預警、及時有效的干預管理顯得尤為重要。目前國內(nèi)外有大量關(guān)于精神病人攻擊行為相關(guān)研究的文獻報道，本文以“精神病人；攻擊；風險；預測；干預”為關(guān)鍵詞使用PubMed、BNJ、CNCK等數(shù)據(jù)庫對國內(nèi)外文獻進行檢索、篩選，，總結(jié)歸納出精神科住院精神病人攻擊行為的風險因素、預測方法、干預手段及管理研究現(xiàn)狀。以幫助精神科臨床工作者盡可能避免或減少住院精神病人攻擊行為的發(fā)生，及減輕發(fā)生后產(chǎn)生的不良后果。
[Abstract]:Aggressive behavior exists in all kinds of people, among which psychiatric inpatients' aggressive behavior is paid more and more attention because of its high incidence and great harmfulness. In the daily work of mental medical units, it is very important to accurately predict and warn mental patients' aggressive behavior, and to intervene and manage effectively in time. At present, there are a large number of literature reports on mental patients' aggressive behavior at home and abroad. This paper uses PubMed,BNJ,CNCK database to search and screen the literature at home and abroad with the key words of "mental patients; attack; risk; prediction; intervention". The risk factors, prediction methods, intervention methods and management status of mental patients in psychiatric department were summarized. In order to help psychiatric clinical workers to avoid or reduce the occurrence of inpatient mental patients' aggressive behavior and reduce the adverse consequences.
