【摘要】：線粒體損傷是阿爾茲海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)早期的突出特點(diǎn),AD發(fā)生時(shí)線粒體的功能、形態(tài)、分布、誘導(dǎo)的凋亡機(jī)制均發(fā)生了明顯改變。多酚類化合物因其具有強(qiáng)的抗氧化活性而表現(xiàn)出了對(duì)AD的防治作用。本文通過(guò)查閱2006-2016年的中英文文獻(xiàn)(數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)包括中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普資訊、Pubmed,Science Direct及Springer),以"Alzheimer’s disease/AD/aging and mitochondria and polyphenol"的中英文關(guān)鍵詞為檢索策略,對(duì)AD病理過(guò)程中線粒體損傷機(jī)制和多酚類化合物對(duì)其防治作用,包括多酚類化合物對(duì)AD中線粒體能量代謝障礙、Bcl-2家族-線粒體凋亡途徑誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡、線粒體分裂融合紊亂及軸突運(yùn)輸損傷的保護(hù)機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Mitochondrial damage is a prominent feature in the early stage of Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimer's disease,AD). The function, morphology, distribution and mechanism of apoptosis induced by AD have been significantly changed. Polyphenols exhibit a protective effect on AD because of their strong antioxidant activity. This paper refers to the Chinese and English literature from 2006 to 2016 (databases including China Zhiwang, Wanfang database, Weip information publish Science Direct and Springer),) using the Chinese and English keywords of "Alzheimer's disease/AD/aging and mitochondria and polyphenol" as the retrieval strategy. The mechanism of mitochondrial damage in AD and the protective effect of polyphenols on it, including the apoptosis induced by Bcl-2 family and mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, were induced by polyphenols on mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders in AD. The research progress of mitochondrial fission fusion disorder and axonal transport injury is reviewed.
