【摘要】：分娩雖然是正常的生理過程,但對于大多數(shù)女性來講都是非常痛苦的體驗(yàn),產(chǎn)后抑郁癥以及產(chǎn)后急慢性疼痛的發(fā)生更嚴(yán)重威脅著產(chǎn)婦及家人的身心健康,產(chǎn)后抑郁癥的發(fā)生率雖高卻未受到應(yīng)有的重視,社會(huì)支持不足是排在第一位的危險(xiǎn)因子。大量研究表明產(chǎn)后急慢性疼痛的發(fā)生與產(chǎn)后抑郁癥的發(fā)生密切相關(guān),更有研究指出產(chǎn)后急性疼痛的嚴(yán)重程度是產(chǎn)后慢性疼痛及產(chǎn)后抑郁癥非常重要且獨(dú)立的危險(xiǎn)因子。在疼痛管理方面需要給予更多的重視,為產(chǎn)時(shí)及產(chǎn)后鎮(zhèn)痛提供更多的選擇,加強(qiáng)疼痛管理,提供最優(yōu)的鎮(zhèn)痛模式。無痛分娩可以提供有效產(chǎn)時(shí)及產(chǎn)后的鎮(zhèn)痛,值得大力推廣,產(chǎn)科的神經(jīng)阻滯技術(shù)也值得我們?nèi)ミM(jìn)一步研究,需強(qiáng)調(diào)多模式鎮(zhèn)痛。總而言之,為產(chǎn)婦提供最佳的多模式鎮(zhèn)痛方案,減少疼痛對產(chǎn)婦心理及生理上的雙重影響,更可能因此而降低產(chǎn)后抑郁癥及產(chǎn)后慢性疼痛的發(fā)生率,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)婦生理機(jī)能的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Although childbirth is a normal physiological process, it is a very painful experience for most women. The occurrence of postpartum depression and postpartum acute and chronic pain is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of women and their families. Although the incidence of postpartum depression is high, it has not received due attention, and insufficient social support is the first risk factor. A large number of studies show that the occurrence of postpartum acute and chronic pain is closely related to the occurrence of postpartum depression. More studies point out that the severity of postpartum acute pain is a very important and independent risk factor for postpartum chronic pain and postpartum depression. In the aspect of pain management, more attention should be paid to providing more choices for labor and postpartum analgesia, strengthening pain management and providing the best analgesic mode. Painless delivery can provide effective labor and postpartum analgesia, which is worth popularizing. The technique of obstetrical nerve block is also worthy of further study, and multi-mode analgesia should be emphasized. In a word, to provide the best multi-mode analgesic scheme for parturient, to reduce the double influence of pain on psychology and physiology of parturient, it is more likely to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression and postpartum chronic pain, and promote the recovery of physiological function of parturient.
