【摘要】：目的:研究帕金森病(PD)和帕金森病抑郁(DPD)患者磁共振波譜(MRS)的改變及其臨床意義。方法:對(duì)23例PD患者和20例DPD患者進(jìn)行MRS檢測(cè),對(duì)比分析兩組患者額葉乙酰基天門冬氨酸(NAA)/肌酸復(fù)合物(Cr)和含膽堿化合物(Cho)/肌酸復(fù)合物(Cr)值的變化。結(jié)果 :H-YⅢ級(jí)和Ⅳ級(jí)DPD患者癥狀首發(fā)側(cè)額葉的NAA/Cr值顯著低于PD患者(P0.05),Cho/Cr值顯著高于PD患者(P0.05);H-YⅠ級(jí)和Ⅱ級(jí)DPD患者癥狀首發(fā)側(cè)額葉的NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr值與PD患者比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:H-YⅢ級(jí)和Ⅳ級(jí)DPD患者額葉MRS有明顯異常,提示MRS有助于DPD的診治。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes and clinical significance of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson's disease depression (DPD).
