【摘要】：目的:對(duì)抽動(dòng)障礙患兒的情緒進(jìn)行分析,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法:選取河南省兒童心理行為中心治療的抽動(dòng)障礙患兒143例,采用耶魯綜合抽動(dòng)嚴(yán)重程度量表(YGTSS)、兒童焦慮性情緒障礙篩查表(SCARED)、兒童抑郁障礙自評(píng)量表(DSRSC)進(jìn)行分組分析。結(jié)果:抽動(dòng)嚴(yán)重程度重組(II組)與抽動(dòng)嚴(yán)重程度較輕組(I組)之間其情緒障礙發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),Ⅱ組中女孩在抑郁障礙、廣泛性焦慮和學(xué)�？植酪蜃臃州^男孩高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:抽動(dòng)癥狀越重,情緒障礙越明顯,其中女孩的抑郁、焦慮情緒和學(xué)校恐怖癥狀更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the mood of children with tic disorder and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 143 children with tic disorder treated by Henan Children's Psychological and Behavioral Center were divided into two groups: Yale Comprehensive Touch severity scale (YGTSS), Children anxiety Disorder screening form (SCARED), Children Depression Disorder (DSRSC).
