[Abstract]:The traditional study of schizophrenia focuses mainly on the paranoid syndrome of schizophrenia. Because of the relatively special symptoms of schizophrenia, the most easily grasped in the form of delusion. Blankenburg, however, is that the essential structural variation of schizophrenia is prior to delusion. Therefore, he is committed to looking for the essential variation of schizophrenia in the symptoms of schizophrenia (mainly youth and simplex). He found that the core defect in schizophrenia was the loss of natural self-awareness. According to Husserl's transcendental phenomenology, there are four reasons for the loss of nature: the change of relationship with the world, the change of time construction, the change of self-construction, the change of intersubjectivity. Blankenburg's theory of schizophrenia. As one of the most important work on schizophrenia in the 20th century, it is still of great significance to the study of schizophrenia today.
