首發(fā)兒童青少年精神分裂癥腦磁共振彌散張量成像研究

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用彌散張量成像(DTI)技術(shù)獲取全腦白質(zhì)各向異性(FA)值,研究首發(fā)兒童青少年精神分裂癥全腦白質(zhì)纖維是否受到損害,探討早發(fā)精神分裂癥的白質(zhì)異常與精神分裂癥的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法入組符合DSM-Ⅳ診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者共19例(患者組),患者年齡均小于18歲,沒有使用過任何抗精神病藥物。同時選取19名年齡、性別相匹配的健康自愿者(對照組)。所有的患者和健康對照者都接受了DTI和結(jié)構(gòu)相的磁共振成像(MRI)掃描。檢測大腦各區(qū)域的FA值,分析患者組與健康對照組之間FA值的差異。結(jié)果患者組左額下回、左顳下回、左枕葉、右顳中回白質(zhì)FA值顯著低于健康對照組(P0.001)。結(jié)論首發(fā)兒童青少年精神分裂癥患者腦區(qū)存在廣泛的白質(zhì)損傷,提示白質(zhì)異?赡芘c早發(fā)精神分裂的發(fā)病相關(guān)。
