元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)治療大學(xué)生疑病癥的臨床研究

【摘要】:目的:在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)是否能夠有效治愈大學(xué)生疑病癥,并具體探討治療的效果、療程、愈后保持等問題。 方法:選取遼寧師范大學(xué)心理咨詢中心來訪者中符合疑病癥診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的4位大學(xué)生來訪者,,采用不同被試的多基線實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。運(yùn)用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、明尼蘇達(dá)多相人格測驗(yàn)(MMPI)疑。℉S)分量表、耶魯布朗強(qiáng)迫癥狀量表(YBOCS)的得分作為檢驗(yàn)干預(yù)效果的量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時編制恐懼情緒自評記錄表和強(qiáng)迫癥狀自評記錄表記錄來訪者的情緒體驗(yàn)、典型強(qiáng)迫行為出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)作為多基線的實(shí)驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。 結(jié)果:干預(yù)結(jié)束后,4位來訪者的癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測量結(jié)果顯示所有異常因子得分均低于劃界標(biāo)準(zhǔn);明尼蘇達(dá)多相人格測驗(yàn)(MMPI)疑。℉S)分量表得分均顯著降低至臨床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以下;其中2位有強(qiáng)迫癥狀來訪者的耶魯布朗強(qiáng)迫癥狀量表(YBOCS)得分均低于臨床入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。多基線圖顯示,來訪者的恐懼情緒有明顯下降趨勢,另外2位來訪者的典型強(qiáng)迫行為次數(shù)也明顯下降。經(jīng)過為期半年的3次定期回訪,4位來訪者的所有癥狀均無復(fù)發(fā)跡象。 結(jié)論:元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)可以有效干預(yù)大學(xué)生疑病癥來訪者,效果顯著,同時元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)治療大學(xué)生疑病癥的療程短、不易復(fù)發(fā)。因此,元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)是治療大學(xué)生疑病癥的一種高效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether metacognitive intervention can effectively cure hypochondriasis of college students on the basis of previous studies, and to discuss the effect of treatment, course of treatment and maintenance of recovery. Methods: four college students who met the diagnostic criteria of hypochondriasis were selected from the psychological counseling center of Liaoning normal University. The scores of symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (MMPI) hypochondriasis (HS) and Yale Brown compulsive symptom scale (YBOCS) were used as the quantitative criteria to test the effect of intervention. At the same time, the self-assessment forms of fear and compulsive symptoms were compiled to record the emotional experience of the visitors, and the frequency of typical compulsive behaviors was used as the experimental index of multiple baselines. Results: the results of symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) showed that the scores of all abnormal factors were lower than the demarcation criteria, and the scores of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (MMPI) hypochondriac scale (HS) were significantly lower than the clinical standard. The Yale Brown obsessive-compulsive symptom scale (YBOCS) of 2 patients with obsessive-compulsive symptoms was lower than the clinical admission criteria. The polybasic graph showed that the fear mood of the visitors had a significant downward trend, and the number of typical compulsive behaviors of the other two visitors also decreased significantly. All symptoms showed no signs of relapse after three regular visits for half a year. Conclusion: metacognitive intervention technique can effectively intervene the visitors of college students' hypochondriasis, and the course of treatment of college students' hypochondriasis by metacognitive intervention technique is short and not easy to recur. Therefore, metacognitive intervention is an effective method to treat hypochondriasis of college students.
