【摘要】：目的:探討新型毒品與傳統(tǒng)毒品吸食人員的社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為提高吸毒人員社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法和社會(huì)支持量表,調(diào)查分析新型毒品與傳統(tǒng)毒品吸食人員的社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。結(jié)果:新型毒品與傳統(tǒng)毒品吸食人員的主觀支持得分、支持利用度得分和社會(huì)支持總得分的組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),logistic回歸分析顯示,吸食毒品類型、年齡、婚姻狀況、家人關(guān)系是吸毒人員主觀支持得分的影響因素(P0.05);年齡、文化程度,婚姻狀況是吸毒人員客觀支持得分的影響因素(P0.05);吸食毒品類型、文化程度、家人關(guān)系、戒毒措施和毒品危害知曉是吸毒人員支持利用度得分的影響因素(P0.05);吸食毒品類型、文化程度、婚姻狀況、家人關(guān)系是吸毒人員社會(huì)支持總得分的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論:新型毒品吸食者的社會(huì)支持狀況好于傳統(tǒng)毒品吸食者;除吸食毒品類型外,文化程度、婚姻狀況、家人關(guān)系等是吸毒人員社會(huì)支持的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the social support status and influencing factors of new and traditional drug users in order to provide scientific basis for improving the social support system for drug addicts. Methods: stratified random sampling method and social support scale were used to investigate and analyze the social support status and its influencing factors of new and traditional drug users. Results: the score of subjective support, the score of support utilization and the total score of social support between the new drug users and the traditional drug users were statistically significant (P0.05) logistic regression analysis showed that the drug type, age, marital status were significantly different. Family relationship was the influencing factor of drug addicts' subjective support score (P0.05); age, education level and marital status were the influencing factors of drug addicts' objective support score (P0.05); Drug use type, education level, family relationship, Drug abstinence measures and drug harm awareness were the factors influencing the score of drug addicts' support utilization (P0.05); the types of drug use, education, marital status and family relations were the influencing factors of the total score of social support of drug addicts (P0.05). Conclusion: the social support status of the new drug users is better than that of the traditional drug users, besides the drug type, the educational level, marital status, family relationship and so on are the influencing factors of the social support of drug addicts.
