【摘要】：目的探討分析長(zhǎng)春市老人抑郁現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法隨機(jī)抽取長(zhǎng)春市兩個(gè)行政區(qū),6個(gè)社區(qū)的348名老年人問卷調(diào)查,進(jìn)行一般資料調(diào)查,老年人抑郁水平,社會(huì)支持評(píng)定問卷,睡眠質(zhì)量調(diào)查問卷,并進(jìn)行單因素分析。結(jié)果抑郁發(fā)生率為19.54%。其中輕度占14.36%,中重度占5.17%。老年人女性抑郁發(fā)生率高于男性,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=3.254,P=0.079)�；橐鰻顩r、慢性病、體育鍛煉的頻率、近2 w負(fù)性生活事件對(duì)老年人抑郁的發(fā)生有顯著影響(均P0.05)。不同睡眠質(zhì)量、社會(huì)支持程度的老年人,抑郁的發(fā)生率不同(χ2=9.822,P=0.007;χ2=12.973,P=0.007)。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)春市應(yīng)加強(qiáng)關(guān)注女性、配偶喪失、慢性病、業(yè)余還好缺乏、體育鍛煉次數(shù)少、睡眠質(zhì)量障礙、社會(huì)支持程度低的老年人。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the present situation and influencing factors of depression in the elderly in Changchun . The methods were randomly selected from the two districts of Changchun and 348 elderly people from 6 communities to investigate the general data , the depression level of the elderly , the social support assessment questionnaire and the sleep quality questionnaire . The results showed that the incidence of depression was 19.54 % . Among them , the incidence of depression was 14.36 % , the moderate and severe was 5.17 % . The incidence of depression in the elderly was higher than that of the male , but the difference was not statistically significant ( 蠂 2 = 3.254 , P = 0.079 ) . The frequency of marital status , chronic disease and physical exercise , nearly 2 w negative sex life events had a significant effect on the occurrence of depression in the elderly ( all P0.05 ) . The incidence of depression was different between the elderly and the elderly with different sleep quality and social support degree ( 蠂2 = 9.822 , P = 0.007 ; 蠂2 = 12.973 , P = 0.007 ) . Conclusion Changchun should pay more attention to women , spouse loss , chronic disease , amateur performance , lack of physical training , sleep quality obstacle , and low social support .
