【摘要】：目的比較兩種不同劑型帕利哌酮(棕櫚酸帕利哌酮注射液與口服帕利哌酮緩釋片)對精神分裂癥患者療效、安全性、社會功能和用藥滿意度的影響。方法 80例口服帕利哌酮緩釋片3~12 mg/d達6周且病情穩(wěn)定的精神分裂癥患者,被隨機分為注射組和口服組�？诜M根據病情維持帕利哌酮緩釋片劑量3~12 mg/d;注射組根據病情采用棕櫚酸帕利哌酮"起始治療模式",分組日開始注射棕櫚酸帕利哌酮注射液150 mg,第8天后注射100 mg,第5周根據病情和患者自身情況注射75~150 mg。于分組前及分組后5、9和13周評估陽性和陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)、不良反應量表(TESS)以評定療效和不良反應,評估社會功能量表(PSP)以評定患者的社會功能,評估用藥滿意度問卷(MSQ)以評定患者用藥主觀感受。結果注射組40例患者中,有37例(92.5%)完成研究,口服組40例患者中,有32例(80%)完成研究,將完成全部研究的患者的資料納入統(tǒng)計分析。分組前兩組的PNASS、TESS、PSP和MSQ評分比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。分組治療5、9和13周后,兩組PANSS、TESS評分較分組前均有改善,但注射組與口服組兩組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;分組治療5、9和13周后,注射組和口服組的PSP、MSQ評分均明顯提高,且兩組間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.005)。結論棕櫚酸帕利哌酮注射液與口服帕利哌酮緩釋片療效和安全性相當,但在社會功能恢復和患者用藥滿意度方面存在優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy, safety, social function and drug satisfaction of two different formulations of palipioperazone palmitate injection and oral parperoperazone sustained-release tablets in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Eighty schizophrenic patients with stable state of condition who had been treated with Pariperidone sustained-release tablets for 6 weeks were randomly divided into two groups: the injection group and the oral group. The oral group maintained the sustained release tablet of Paripiperone at a dose of 3 ~ 12 mg / d, and the injection group was given a "starting treatment model" of palipiperone palmitate according to the condition of the disease. The injection of palipioperazone palmianate injection began at 150 mg on the day of grouping and was injected into 100 mg after 8 days. MG, 75 mg, 150 mg, according to the patient's condition and the patient's condition in the fifth week. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), adverse reaction scale (Tess) and social function scale (PSP) were evaluated before and 5 and 13 weeks after the grouping. Drug satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) was used to assess the subjective feeling of drug use. Results of the 40 patients in the injection group, 37 (92.5%) completed the study, 32 (80%) of the 40 patients in the oral group completed the study, and the data of the patients who completed all the studies were included in the statistical analysis. There was no significant difference in PNASS and MSQ scores between the two groups. After 5 weeks and 13 weeks of treatment, the scores of PANSSTSS were improved in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the injection group and the oral group, and the PSPN MSQ scores of the injection group and the oral group were significantly increased after 5 weeks and 13 weeks of treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.005). Conclusion Paripiperone palmitate injection has the same efficacy and safety as that of oral parpipraxone sustained-release tablets, but it has advantages in social function recovery and patients' satisfaction with drug use.
