【摘要】：為輔助輕度認知障礙(MCI)的診斷提供新的方法,構建了早期輕度認知障礙、晚期輕度認知障礙及正常對照的靜息態(tài)腦功能網(wǎng)絡�；趶碗s網(wǎng)絡理論計算了腦功能網(wǎng)絡的節(jié)點屬性并進行了組間差異分析,將具有顯著差異的屬性值作為分類特征,使用支持向量機算法對所有被試進行了分類研究。實驗結(jié)果表明,該方法可以用于MCI的輔助診斷,具有一定的應用價值。
[Abstract]:To provide a new method to assist the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI), the resting brain function network of early mild cognitive impairment, late mild cognitive impairment and normal control was constructed. Based on the complex network theory, the node attributes of the brain functional network are calculated and the differences between groups are analyzed. The distinct attribute values are taken as the classification features, and the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm is used to classify all the participants. The experimental results show that this method can be used in the auxiliary diagnosis of MCI and has certain application value.
