【摘要】：目的分析孤獨癥兒童功能發(fā)展與病理行為的相關(guān)性。方法 2011年至2014年,采用心理教育評定量表中文修訂版(C-PEP)對本中心154例孤獨癥兒童進(jìn)行測試。結(jié)果孤獨癥女童的功能發(fā)展中,精細(xì)動作、手眼協(xié)調(diào)、口語認(rèn)知的得分低于男童(t2.120,P0.05);2~7歲孤獨癥兒童中,較高年齡組功能發(fā)展好于較低年齡組(P0.05),但8~10歲組、10歲以上組功能發(fā)展得分并未高于6~7歲組。男童與女童的各項病理評分均無顯著性差異(P0.05);較高年齡組患兒的部分病理行為輕于較低年齡組(P0.05)。功能發(fā)展中"P"(通過)的得分與病理行為中"A"(沒有)的得分呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.01),與病理行為中"S"(嚴(yán)重)的得分呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01);功能發(fā)展中"F"(不通過)的得分與病理行為中"A"(沒有)的得分呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),與病理行為中"S"(嚴(yán)重)的得分呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論孤獨癥兒童的功能發(fā)展與病理行為密切相關(guān),應(yīng)關(guān)注7歲以上孤獨癥兒童的康復(fù)和教育問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between function development and pathological behavior in autistic children. Methods from 2011 to 2014, 154 autistic children were tested with the revised Chinese version of Psychological Education rating scale (C-PEP). Results the scores of functional development, fine movement, hand-eye coordination and oral cognition in autistic girls were lower than those in boys aged 7 years. The functional development of the higher age group was better than that of the lower age group (P 0.05), but the score of the function development of the group over 10 years of age was not higher than that of the group of 6 or 7 years old. There was no significant difference in pathological scores between boys and girls, and some pathological behaviors of children in the higher age group were lighter than those in the lower age group. The scores of "P" (through) in functional development and "A" (not) in pathological behavior were positively correlated with the scores of "A" (not), and negatively correlated with the scores of "S" (severe) in pathological behavior, and the scores of "F" (not passed) in functional development were significantly correlated with pathological behavior. There was a significant negative correlation between the scores of "A" (no) and "S" (severe) in pathological behavior (P 0.01). Conclusion the functional development of autistic children is closely related to pathological behavior, and attention should be paid to the rehabilitation and education of autistic children over 7 years of age.
