【摘要】：催產(chǎn)素(oxytocin,OXT)是一種神經(jīng)肽,在各物種的中樞和外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中都起著關(guān)鍵作用。由于它參與焦慮相關(guān)行為、壓力調(diào)節(jié)、社會(huì)行為和各種神經(jīng)精神障礙,近年引起大量關(guān)注。OXT是介導(dǎo)諸如母性行為、恐懼消退、社會(huì)支持、幸福與信任之類的情感和社會(huì)行為的重要物質(zhì)之一,也參與學(xué)習(xí)和記憶過程。OXT系統(tǒng)的最新進(jìn)展已將此神經(jīng)肽用于心理治療干預(yù)各種神經(jīng)精神疾病,如壓力、焦慮障礙、社交恐懼癥、產(chǎn)后憂郁癥、躁郁癥、自閉癥和精神分裂癥等。本綜述著重概括OXT對各種生理功能和心理問題的貢獻(xiàn),并討論其作為治療藥物的潛力。
[Abstract]:Oxytocin (OXT) is a neuropeptide that plays a key role in the central and peripheral nervous systems of all species. Because it is involved in anxiety related behavior, stress regulation, social behavior and various neuropsychiatric disorders, it has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. OXT is mediating such as maternal behavior, fear fading, social support, One of the most important components of emotional and social behavior, such as happiness and trust, and the latest advances in the learning and memory processes. OXT system has used this neuropeptide for psychotherapy to intervene in neuropsychiatric disorders such as stress and anxiety disorders. Social phobia, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, autism and schizophrenia. This review focuses on the contribution of OXT to various physiological and psychological problems and discusses its potential as a therapeutic drug.
