【摘要】：正阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)的發(fā)病機(jī)制十分復(fù)雜,半個世紀(jì)以來,隨著對AD研究的深入,有關(guān)AD診斷及治療指南得到不斷修改完善,但迄今其治療仍是難點(diǎn)。目前國際新近AD治療指南主要包括2010年由歐洲神經(jīng)病學(xué)聯(lián)盟(EFNS)發(fā)布的阿爾茨海默病診療指南[1]、2008年由美國醫(yī)師學(xué)會(ACP)和美國家庭醫(yī)師協(xié)會(AAFP)發(fā)布的癡呆最新藥物治療臨床操作指
[Abstract]:The pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease (AD) is very complex. In the past half century, with the development of AD research, the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of AD have been continuously revised and improved, but the treatment is still difficult. The current international guidelines for the treatment of AD include the Alzheimer's Disease guidelines published in 2010 by the European Union of Neurology (EFNS), and the latest Clinical practice in the treatment of dementia, published in 2008 by the American College of Physicians (ACPP) and the American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP).
