【摘要】：為探討繪畫藝術(shù)療法對多動癥兒童的療效,本研究從蚌埠市區(qū)、郊區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)三類小學(xué)中隨機(jī)選取79名多動癥兒童,再按照39:40的比例隨機(jī)分為實驗組與對照組,對實驗組兒童進(jìn)行為期6周的繪畫干預(yù)治療,并在實驗前后采用自編的《多動癥兒童行為評定量表》(ADHD-CBRS)對兩組被試進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果表明:繪畫干預(yù)治療對實驗組兒童的自控力、規(guī)范性存在顯著影響,而對其注意穩(wěn)定性、多動性、沖動性、行為盲目性、品德問題、既往史、干擾性、沖突性則存在極其顯著影響,實驗組在這10個維度上的后測分?jǐn)?shù)顯著低于對照組。這表明,繪畫藝術(shù)療法對多動癥兒童行為具有良好的干預(yù)效果。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the curative effect of painting art therapy on children with ADHD, 79 children with ADHD were randomly selected from three primary schools of Bengbu, suburban and township, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the proportion of 39:40. The children in the experimental group were treated with painting intervention for 6 weeks, and the ADHD-CBRSs were used to evaluate the two groups before and after the experiment. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the self-control and normality of children in the experimental group, while attention stability, hyperactivity, impulsiveness, behavior blindness, moral character problems, past history, interference, etc. The posttest scores on these 10 dimensions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. This indicates that painting art therapy has a good effect on the behavior of children with ADHD.
