【摘要】：Aβ42(β-amyloid 42)蛋白聚集的毒性作用可能是阿爾茲海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的主要病因之一.運(yùn)用模式生物果蠅研究Aβ42可能對果蠅部分社交行為的影響.首先,在Aβ42果蠅AD模型中觀察到Aβ42在果蠅神經(jīng)中樞蘑菇體區(qū)域的聚集和沉積.然后,觀察Aβ42果蠅的攻擊性,實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)Aβ42能加速首次攻擊時(shí)間,并增加攻擊頻率等.最后,觀察Aβ42果蠅的交配行為.實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,表達(dá)Aβ42可以增強(qiáng)中年果蠅攻擊性行為,而對交配取向沒有明顯作用.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為后續(xù)深入研究Aβ42對攻擊性行為影響的神經(jīng)環(huán)路和分子基礎(chǔ)提供參考.
[Abstract]:The toxic effect of A 尾 42 (尾 -amyloid 42) protein aggregation may be one of the main causes of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Model organism Drosophila was used to study the effect of A 尾 42 on some social behaviors of Drosophila melanogaster. Firstly, the accumulation and deposition of A 尾 42 in the nervous center of Drosophila melanogaster Agaricus were observed in A 尾 42 AD model. Then, the aggression of A 尾 42 fruit fly was observed. It was found that A 尾 42 could accelerate the first attack time and increase the attack frequency and so on. Finally, the mating behavior of A 尾 42 fruit fly was observed. The results showed that the expression of A 尾 42 could enhance the aggressive behavior of middle aged Drosophila melanogaster, but had no obvious effect on mating orientation. The experimental results may provide a reference for the further study of the neural loop and molecular basis of the effect of A 尾 42 on aggressive behavior.
