【摘要】：阿爾采末病是一種神經(jīng)退行性疾病,在老年人疾病譜中的地位日益突出,其發(fā)病機(jī)制未完全明了,無(wú)理想的治療藥物。新近研究證實(shí),硫化氫具有抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎作用,在阿爾采末病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中扮演重要角色。本文綜述了硫化氫的生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)及作用,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了硫化氫在阿爾采末病病理生理學(xué)中的保護(hù)作用,旨在為后續(xù)研究該病的治療藥物提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease is a kind of neurodegenerative disease, which plays an increasingly important role in the disease spectrum of the elderly. Its pathogenesis is not fully understood and there is no ideal therapeutic drug. Recent studies have confirmed that hydrogen sulfide has antioxidant, anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory effects, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease. This paper reviews the biological characteristics and functions of hydrogen sulfide, especially emphasizes the protective role of hydrogen sulfide in the pathophysiology of Archer's disease, in order to provide a new idea for further research on the treatment of the disease.
