【摘要】：目的探究精神病前驅(qū)期人群平滑追隨過程中的眼動特征。方法納入60例精神病前驅(qū)期被試和性別、年齡及教育年限相匹配的60名正常對照,進(jìn)行平滑追隨任務(wù)以檢測眼動表現(xiàn),該實(shí)驗(yàn)分為水平直線運(yùn)動(0.4 Hz)、李薩如曲線運(yùn)動(0.2 Hz及0.4 Hz)3種任務(wù)條件,用韋氏記憶量表第三版空間廣度測驗(yàn)評價(jià)被試的工作記憶水平,比較兩組追隨表現(xiàn),分析其與工作記憶的關(guān)系。結(jié)果與對照組相比,前驅(qū)期組表現(xiàn)出更低的水平方向速度增益[李薩如0.2 Hz任務(wù)(0.82±0.12)vs.(0.89±0.09),李薩如0.4 Hz任務(wù)(0.78±0.13)vs.(0.84±0.14)],更低的豎直方向增益[李薩如0.2 Hz任務(wù)(0.80±0.14)vs.(0.86±0.12),0.4 Hz任務(wù)(0.71±0.15)vs.(0.77±0.16)]及更高的平均位置偏差[李薩如0.2 Hz任務(wù)(37.00±19.10)vs.(30.45±16.18),李薩如0.4 Hz任務(wù)(44.18±19.70)vs.(37.61±16.26)],差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。前驅(qū)期被試的豎直(r=0.327,P=0.011)及水平(r=0.361,P=0.005)增益均值與空間廣度測驗(yàn)得分之間正相關(guān)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論精神病前驅(qū)期人群存在平滑追隨眼動受損,這種受損與他們的工作記憶受損有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the eye movement characteristics in the process of smooth follow in the prepsychotic population. Methods 60 normal subjects matched with sex, age and years of education were enrolled in 60 patients with psychosis in the precursor period, and their eye movements were measured by smooth follow task. The experiment was divided into three task conditions: horizontal linear motion 0. 4 Hz, Lisaru curve movement 0. 2 Hz and 0. 4 Hz. The working memory level of the subjects was evaluated by Wechsler memory scale version 3, and the performance of the two groups was compared. Analyze its relation with working memory. Results compared with the control group, Lower horizontal velocity gain (0.82 鹵0.12)vs.(0.89 鹵0.09), lower vertical gain (0.80 鹵0.12Hz 鹵0.71 鹵0.15)vs.(0.77 鹵0.16) and higher mean position deviation (0.78 鹵0.13)vs.(0.84 鹵0.14) and higher mean position deviation (0.80 鹵0.14)vs.(0.86 鹵0.12 鹵0.16) and higher mean position deviation (0.82 鹵0.09 鹵0.16) and 0.80 鹵0.12 鹵0.12 Hz (0.80 鹵0.12 鹵0.16) and higher mean position deviations (0.82 鹵0.09 鹵0.78 鹵0.14) and 0.80 鹵0.12 鹵0.12 鹵0.40 Hz respectively in the prodromal phase group. For example, 0.2Hz task (37.00 鹵19.10)vs.(30.45 鹵16.18g) and Lisaru 0.4Hz task (44.18 鹵16.26), the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the gain mean and the spatial span test score of 0.327P0. 011) and 0. 361P0. 005). Conclusion there is a smooth eye movement impairment in the prepsychotic group, which is related to their working memory impairment.
