【摘要】：正老年抑郁癥(LLD)經(jīng)常被忽視和不能獲得充分治療,這與明顯的共病率和較差的臨床結局有關〔1〕。Alexopoulos等〔2〕將LLD的干預需求分為三種:初治新干預需求;社區(qū)醫(yī)院能夠提供已知保障效果的治療需求;增加LLD患者獲得照護的需要。本文簡述目前有關LLD的干預方法。1心理干預與社會支持通常由精神科護士指導下和社區(qū)醫(yī)務人員的協(xié)作下建立的社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡或護理機構、養(yǎng)老機構進行。因為距離老年人近,
