【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)調(diào)查研究，詳細(xì)描述大連市60歲以上人口焦慮癥狀及分布特征，日常功能損害（自理功能、社交功能及家務(wù)功能的損害情況）及分布特征，并通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算，歸納分析二者是否存在聯(lián)系。為提高60歲以上人口生活質(zhì)量，制定針對(duì)60歲以上人口的精神衛(wèi)生總體規(guī)劃和進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展社區(qū)精神衛(wèi)生工作提供可靠資料和科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法：以大連市全市11個(gè)區(qū)縣的居民作為調(diào)查對(duì)象，采取采取分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法。篩查工具采用由北京大學(xué)精神衛(wèi)生研究所提供的中文版本的復(fù)合性國(guó)際診斷交談檢查(the Compositic International Diagnostie Interview—CIDI3.0)。由經(jīng)過(guò)統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)的調(diào)查人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作。共調(diào)查樣本5280人,回收有效問(wèn)卷5062份，選取年齡≥60歲的樣本，共1016例。利用Blaise軟件及SAS軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使用SPSS17.0軟件包進(jìn)行整理和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，運(yùn)用χ2檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法。 結(jié)果：1.大連市60歲以上人口的焦慮情緒以軀體性焦慮為主，最常見(jiàn)的是關(guān)節(jié)疼。2.精神性焦慮癥狀以容易感覺(jué)疲勞最常見(jiàn)。3.性別、城鄉(xiāng)及婚姻狀況對(duì)焦慮情緒總體分布無(wú)明顯影響。男性比女性更容易出現(xiàn)背疼和消化不良的反應(yīng)。城市人口更容易出現(xiàn)頭疼，而農(nóng)村人口更出現(xiàn)背疼。4.婚姻狀況對(duì)60歲以上人口的自理、社交及家務(wù)功能損害有顯著影響，無(wú)婚姻組功能受損明顯高于有婚姻組。5.焦慮情緒影響60歲以上人口的自理、社交及家務(wù)功能，有焦慮人群日常功能損害情況明顯高于無(wú)焦慮人群。 結(jié)論：1.大連市60歲以上人口的焦慮情緒以軀體性焦慮為主，最常見(jiàn)的是關(guān)節(jié)疼，，精神性焦慮癥狀以容易感覺(jué)疲勞最常見(jiàn)。2.婚姻狀況對(duì)60歲以上人口的日常功能存在顯著影響。無(wú)配偶人群的日常功能損害程度要高于有配偶人群。3.焦慮對(duì)60歲以上人口的日常功能存在顯著影響。有焦慮人群的日常功能受損程度高于無(wú)焦慮人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe in detail the symptoms and distribution characteristics of anxiety, the impairment of daily function (self-care function, social function and housework function) and the distribution characteristics of the population over 60 years old in Dalian.
