【摘要】:目的探討基底節(jié)區(qū)血管周圍間隙擴(kuò)大(EPVS)與非血管性認(rèn)知障礙的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)63例Alzheimer's病(AD)患者(AD組)、59例非血管性輕度認(rèn)知障礙(MCI)患者(MCI組)及60名健康對(duì)照者(正常對(duì)照組)行頭顱MRI檢查。比較各組及不同年齡段基底節(jié)區(qū)EPVS。結(jié)果 AD組及MCI組EPVS評(píng)分顯著高于正常對(duì)照組(均P0.01)。AD組EPVS評(píng)分顯著高于MCI組(P0.01)。與正常對(duì)照組比較,AD組及MCI組分級(jí)構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。AD組與MCI組分級(jí)構(gòu)成的差別無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。60歲時(shí),AD組EPVS評(píng)分顯著高于MCI組及正常對(duì)照組(均P0.01),AD組與正常對(duì)照組分級(jí)構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。60~80歲時(shí),三組間EPVS評(píng)分兩兩比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01),對(duì)照組的分級(jí)構(gòu)成與AD組和MCI組的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01);80歲時(shí),三組間EPVS評(píng)分及分級(jí)構(gòu)成差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在≤80歲的人群中,基底節(jié)區(qū)EPVS與非血管性認(rèn)知障礙有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the enlargement of perivascular space in basal ganglia and non vascular cognitive impairment. Methods brain MRI was performed in 63 patients with Alzheimer's 's disease and 59 patients with non-vascular mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and 60 healthy controls (normal control group). The EPVS of basal ganglia in each group and in different age groups were compared. Results the EPVS score in AD group and MCI group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (all the EPVS scores in P0.01).AD group were significantly higher than that in MCI group (P 0.01). Compared with the normal control group, the grade composition of AD group and MCI group were significantly different (there was no significant difference between P0.01).AD group and MCI group. The EPVS score of AD group at 60 years old was significantly higher than that of MCI group and normal control group (P0.01). The grade composition of normal control group was significantly different from that of control group at the age of 80 years. There were significant differences in EPVS scores among the three groups (all P 0.01), and there was significant difference between the control group and the AD group and the MCI group (all P 0.01 or 80 years old). There was no significant difference in the EPVS score and the grading composition among the three groups at the age of 80 years. Conclusion EPVS in basal ganglia is associated with non vascular cognitive impairment in people aged 鈮,
