支持性音樂(lè)與想象方法對(duì)創(chuàng)傷兒童行為改善的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:個(gè)案描述了一個(gè)經(jīng)歷過(guò)大地震的男孩,在地震過(guò)后仍然存在情緒和人際交往障礙等問(wèn)題。治療師對(duì)其進(jìn)行6次音樂(lè)治療,主要應(yīng)用了支持性音樂(lè)與想象方法幫助兒童增強(qiáng)自我意識(shí),從而改善他的情緒和行為,減少創(chuàng)傷反應(yīng)。在治療前,該患兒創(chuàng)傷量表中各項(xiàng)分值均高于同年齡的眾多兒童(94分),而兒童自我意識(shí)量表則剛剛在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的邊緣(46分,自我意識(shí)水平偏低)。治療后,創(chuàng)傷量表降為78分,自我意識(shí)量表分值則升高至64分。
[Abstract]:The case describes a boy who experienced a major earthquake and still had emotional and interpersonal problems after the earthquake. The therapist performed six music treatments on him, mainly using supportive music and imagination methods to help children enhance their self-awareness, thereby improving their emotions and behaviors, and reducing traumatic reactions. Before treatment, the scores of trauma scale were higher than that of many children of the same age, while the self-awareness scale was just on the edge of the standard value (46 points, the level of self-consciousness was low). After treatment, the trauma scale decreased to 78 and the self-consciousness scale increased to 64.
