【摘要】：智力障礙是兒童常見的神經系統(tǒng)疾病,人群中發(fā)病率為1%~3%。由于多種遺傳和環(huán)境因素參與其發(fā)病過程,獲得明確的病因學診斷是一項充滿挑戰(zhàn)的工作,但其對評估患者預后、指導患者治療及再生育具有重要的意義。該文總結了智力障礙的遺傳學病因研究進展及臨床常用遺傳學診斷方法,并介紹了最近美國兒科學會發(fā)布的智力障礙遺傳診斷流程。
[Abstract]:Mental retardation is a common neurological disease in children. Since many genetic and environmental factors are involved in the pathogenesis of the disease, it is a challenging task to obtain a definite etiological diagnosis, but it is of great significance to evaluate the prognosis of the patients and to guide the treatment and reproduction of the patients. This paper summarizes the research progress of genetic etiology of mental retardation and the commonly used methods of genetic diagnosis in clinic, and introduces the procedure of genetic diagnosis of mental disorders published recently by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
