【摘要】：雙相障礙是情緒起伏不定、癥狀復(fù)雜多變的精神疾病。雙相障礙患者代謝綜合征患病率顯著高于單相抑郁障礙和健康人群,且風(fēng)險與抑郁嚴(yán)重程度及腹型肥胖有關(guān)。雙相障礙共病肥胖存在性別差異,可能與童年不幸、偏頭痛、激素水平改變、藥物作用、飲食、生活方式等方面有關(guān)。文章從雙相障礙臨床特點(diǎn)及導(dǎo)致性別差異存在的可能機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder with fluctuating mood and complex symptoms. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in bipolar disorder was significantly higher than that in monophasic depression and healthy population, and the risk was associated with the severity of depression and abdominal obesity. There are gender differences in obesity in bipolar disorder, which may be related to childhood misfortune, migraine, hormonal changes, drug effects, diet, lifestyle, and so on. This article reviews the clinical features of bipolar disorder and the possible mechanisms leading to gender differences.
