【摘要】：目的:眼球摘除術(shù)后配戴義眼患者在生理健康和心理健康都受到不可忽視的影響。本研究目的是:評(píng)估患者義眼片滿意度,焦慮、抑郁情緒及人格特質(zhì)。分析患者人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)資料、臨床資料及社會(huì)心理學(xué)資料與焦慮、抑郁情緒的相關(guān)性。方法:本研究納入2016年1月至2016年12月于浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院眼科中心中韓個(gè)性化義眼診室就診患者67例,采集患者人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)資料,臨床資料,所有患者均獨(dú)立完成滿意度評(píng)價(jià)、醫(yī)院焦慮-抑郁量表、艾森克人格量表。分析患者人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)資料、臨床資料及滿意度與焦慮、抑郁情緒的相關(guān)性,以神經(jīng)質(zhì)、外傾向、精神質(zhì)為自變量,焦慮、抑郁為自變量進(jìn)行回歸分析。結(jié)果:7.5%的患者存在焦慮情緒,10.4%存在抑郁情緒。抑郁程度與患者眼球摘除原因相關(guān),容貌缺陷引起眼球摘除的患者抑郁程度高于外傷、腫瘤。義眼片滿意度平均數(shù)為7.12±2.33(滿分為10分),與焦慮程度相關(guān),滿意程度越低,患者傾向于較高程度的焦慮情緒�；貧w分析發(fā)現(xiàn),患者焦慮、抑郁程度與神經(jīng)質(zhì)(焦慮:β=0.490P0.001抑郁β=0.430P0.001)與外傾向(焦慮:β=-0.250P0.001抑郁β=-0.409P0.001)相關(guān),與精神質(zhì)不相關(guān).人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量和焦慮、抑郁程度無顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:義眼患者存在較高比例焦慮、抑郁情緒。焦慮、抑郁程度與眼球摘除原因、義眼片滿意度、神經(jīng)質(zhì)、及外傾向相關(guān)。臨床醫(yī)生可能需要關(guān)注義眼患者心理健康,必要時(shí)提供適當(dāng)心理干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the physical and mental health of patients with prosthetic eyes after enucleation is affected. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the patients' eye-prosthetic satisfaction, anxiety, depression and personality traits. To analyze the correlation of demographic data, clinical data and social psychological data with anxiety and depression. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2016, 67 patients were enrolled in the Center of Ophthalmology of the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College. All patients independently completed satisfaction evaluation, hospital anxiety-depression scale, Eysenck personality scale. To analyze the correlation between patients' demographic data, clinical data and satisfaction with anxiety, depression, neuroticism, extrinsic tendency, psychoticism as independent variables, anxiety and depression as independent variables to carry out regression analysis. Results 7.5% of the patients had anxiety and 10.4% had depression. The degree of depression was related to the cause of enucleation, and the degree of depression was higher in the patients with facial defects than in the patients with trauma and tumor. The average degree of satisfaction was 7.12 鹵2.33 (a full score of 10 minutes), which was related to the degree of anxiety. The lower the degree of satisfaction, the higher the degree of anxiety. Regression analysis showed that the degree of anxiety and depression was correlated with neuroticism (anxiety: 尾 -0.490P0.001, depression: 尾 -0.430P0.001) and extraversion (anxiety: 尾 -0.250P0.001, depression, 尾 -0.409, P 0.001), but not with psychoticism. There was no significant correlation between demographic variables and anxiety and depression. Conclusion: there is a high rate of anxiety and depression in patients with artificial eye. Anxiety and depression were associated with the causes of enucleation, prosthetic satisfaction, neuroticism, and extraversion. Clinicians may need to pay attention to the mental health of patients with prosthetic eyes and provide appropriate psychological intervention if necessary.
