【摘要】：目的探討癡呆患者行為和精神癥狀(BPSD)的相關(guān)因素。方法采用簡(jiǎn)易智力狀態(tài)檢查表(MMSE)、日常生活功能量表(ADL)、Hachinski缺血指數(shù)量表和簡(jiǎn)明神經(jīng)精神量表(NPI-Q)對(duì)102例癡呆患者進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 1癡呆患者的妄想、幻覺(jué)、抑郁、焦慮、易激惹癥狀評(píng)分與MMSE量表總分、ADL量表總分有顯著相關(guān)(P0.05),妄想癥狀評(píng)分與病程呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),行為紊亂評(píng)分與病程呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);NPI-Q量表總分與MMSE量表總分、ADL量表總分有顯著相關(guān)(P0.05),與病程的無(wú)顯著相關(guān);2女性阿爾茨海默病(AD)組的抑郁癥狀評(píng)分顯著高于男性AD組(P0.05),女性AD組的妄想、幻覺(jué)癥狀評(píng)分和量表總分顯著高于男性血管性癡呆組(P0.05);3回歸分析MMSE評(píng)分和癡呆類(lèi)型進(jìn)入回歸方程。結(jié)論癡呆患者BPSD的發(fā)生及表現(xiàn)出的嚴(yán)重程度,受到較多因素的影響。認(rèn)知功能水平相對(duì)較好和癡呆類(lèi)型為AD的患者,總體上BPSD更為嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of BPSD in patients with dementia. Methods 102 patients with dementia were assessed with MMSE, ADL Hachinski Ischemia Index scale and brief Neuropsychiatric scale (NPI-Q). Results 1 delusions, hallucinations, depression, anxiety in patients with dementia, The score of irritable symptoms was significantly correlated with the total score of MMSE scale and the total score of ADL scale, the score of delusional symptom was negatively correlated with the course of disease (P 0.05), and the score of behavioral disorder was positively correlated with the total score of MMSE scale and the total score of MMSE scale. The scores of depression in AD group were significantly higher than that in male AD group (P 0.05), and the delusion in female AD group was significantly higher than that in male AD group. The score of hallucination symptom and the total score of the scale were significantly higher than those in the male vascular dementia group by regression analysis (MMSE) and the type of dementia entered the regression equation. Conclusion the occurrence and severity of BPSD in dementia patients are affected by many factors. BPSD was more severe in patients with relatively good cognitive function and dementia type AD.
