【摘要】：目的:考察精神分裂癥患者的未來想象在具體性、情緒效價、內(nèi)容三個方面存在的缺損。方法:選取符合美國精神障礙診斷與統(tǒng)計(jì)手冊第4版(DSM-IV)診斷的精神分裂癥患者25名,選取在性別、年齡、受教育年限、IQ上相匹配的健康者25名作為正常對照,通過未來事件句子補(bǔ)全任務(wù),探討精神分裂癥患者未來想象能力的缺損。結(jié)果:與正常對照相比,精神分裂癥患者在進(jìn)行未來情景想象時,想象的事件過于泛化,缺乏具體性信息[(0.13±0.10)vs.(0.31±0.12),P0.01],在控制了工作記憶、言語記憶等功能后,缺損仍然存在[F(1,54)=6.60,P0.05];在情緒方面,精神分裂癥患者的積極情緒想象較少[(0.36±0.20)vs.(0.48±0.16),P0.01];在內(nèi)容方面,精神分裂癥患者更多的想象和住院有關(guān)[0(0,0.64)vs.0,P0.01]以及無法分類的事件[0.36(0.09,0.64)vs.0.09(0,0.36),P0.01]而較少的想象和個人事業(yè)有關(guān)的事件[0(0,0.27)vs.0.18(0,0.45),P0.01]。結(jié)論:本研究結(jié)果表明精神分裂癥患者的未來想象在具體性上存在缺損。此外,精神分裂癥患者想象的事件較為消極。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the defect of future imagination of schizophrenic patients in three aspects: concreteness, emotional potency and content. Methods: a total of 25 schizophrenic patients who were diagnosed according to the fourth edition of DSM-IVof the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders and 25 healthy subjects matched in gender, age, and years of education were selected as normal control. To explore the defect of future imagination ability of schizophrenic patients through sentence complement task of future events. Results: compared with the normal control group, the schizophrenic patients were too generalized to visualize the future situation and lacked specific information [0.13 鹵0.10)vs.(0.31 鹵0.12 P0.01]. After controlling the functions of working memory, verbal memory, etc. The defect still exists [FF1 + 54 + 6.60]; in the emotional aspect, the positive emotion imagination of schizophrenic patients is less [0.36 鹵0.20)vs.(0.48 鹵0.16 + P0.01]; in terms of content, there is no significant difference between the two groups. More imaginations and hospitalizations of schizophrenia patients were associated with [0 / 0 / 0.64 / vs.0/ P _ (0.01)] and unclassifiable events [0.36 / 0.09 / 0.64 / 0.64 / 0.36 / P _ (0.01)], while fewer imagined events were associated with personal career [0 / 0 / 0.27vs.0.180/ 0.45 / P _ (0.01)]. Conclusion: the results of this study suggest that the future imagination of schizophrenic patients is defective in specificity. In addition, the schizophrenic person imagines the event is more negative.
