家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)狀況對(duì)兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合發(fā)展及訓(xùn)練效果影響的研究

【摘要】:研究目的: 1.通過(guò)對(duì)感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況及家長(zhǎng)知識(shí)水平的調(diào)查,探討兒童營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況與感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力發(fā)展的關(guān)系,為預(yù)防兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)的發(fā)生提供新思路。 2.通過(guò)對(duì)感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童干預(yù)前后感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力的評(píng)定,深入分析提高家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)對(duì)兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力發(fā)展的影響,探討提高兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練行之有效的方法。 研究對(duì)象及方法: 1.分析研究:采用張貼海報(bào)的形式,招收自愿報(bào)名參加感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練,經(jīng)感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合測(cè)試評(píng)定為感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)的60名學(xué)齡前兒童作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行體格檢查、膳食營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查及家長(zhǎng)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)狀況問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。 2.干預(yù)研究:將60名感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練和家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)干預(yù),對(duì)照組僅采用感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練。干預(yù)結(jié)束后,對(duì)兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力、體格狀況、膳食情況及家長(zhǎng)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)狀況進(jìn)行復(fù)測(cè)。 3.隨訪研究:干預(yù)結(jié)束三個(gè)月后,對(duì)兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力、體格狀況、膳食情況及家長(zhǎng)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并由家長(zhǎng)對(duì)干預(yù)效果進(jìn)行主觀評(píng)價(jià)。 研究結(jié)果: 1.本次對(duì)60名感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)得分為57.35±12.84,及格率為36.7%;態(tài)度得分為81.94±18.73;兒童飲食行為得分為70.07±3.02。回歸分析指出,兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力受母親受教育程度及兒童性別影響。 2.60名感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童Kaup指數(shù)為16.29±1.58,其中20.0%存在消瘦現(xiàn)象,相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力受體重、身高體重指數(shù)、皮褶厚度的影響。 3.本次調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童對(duì)維生素B1、鋅、鈣的攝入量低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)攝入量(P0.05),經(jīng)相關(guān)分析及典型相關(guān)分析指出兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力受能量、蛋白質(zhì)、維生素B2、鐵、鋅、鎂、鈣攝入量的影響。 4.干預(yù)效果評(píng)價(jià):實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力較干預(yù)前明顯提高(P0.05),,實(shí)驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組提高的更明顯。感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練效果受是否進(jìn)行家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)干預(yù)、蛋白質(zhì)、維生素A、鈣、鎂攝入量變化值及體格變化的影響。 5.隨訪結(jié)果:3個(gè)月后對(duì)兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力進(jìn)行復(fù)測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)家長(zhǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)干預(yù)組兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練長(zhǎng)期效果較單純使用感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練效果好;但是家長(zhǎng)反映在飲食行為改變中存在著困難。 結(jié)論: 1.幼兒感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力與兒童營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況密切相關(guān),體格消瘦、營(yíng)養(yǎng)素?cái)z入不足是感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。 2.感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練是改善兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合失調(diào)行之有效的方法。 3.對(duì)家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)干預(yù)有助于提高兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練效果。兒童感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合能力的提高與兒童體格變化和蛋白質(zhì)、維生素A、鈣、鎂等營(yíng)養(yǎng)素?cái)z入量增加有關(guān)。 4.干預(yù)結(jié)束3個(gè)月后,隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用膳食營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)指導(dǎo)兒童飲食存在困難,兒童飲食行為恢復(fù)到干預(yù)前狀況,提示營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)需要反復(fù)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化,以保證形成穩(wěn)定的行為模式。
[Abstract]:Purpose of study :
1 . To explore the relationship between the nutritional status of children and the development of sensory integration ability through the investigation of the nutritional status and parental knowledge level of sensory integrative dysfunction children , and to provide a new idea for the prevention of children ' s sensory integration disorder .
2 . Through the assessment of sensory integration ability before and after the intervention of sensory integrative dysfunction children , the influence of improving the parents ' nutrition knowledge on the development of sensory integration ability of children is analyzed in depth , and the effective methods to improve the sensory integration training of children are discussed .
Study objects and methods :
1 . Analysis and research : Using the form of poster , enrollment voluntary enrollment in sensory integration training , sensory integration test was assessed as 60 pre - school children with sensory integration disorder as research object , physical examination , dietary nutrition survey and nutrition knowledge of parents were investigated .
2 . Intervention study : 60 sensory integrative dysfunction children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , and the control group adopted sensory integration training and parental nutrition knowledge intervention , and the control group adopted sensory integration training only . After intervention , the sensory integration ability , physical condition , dietary situation and nutrition knowledge of parents were measured .
3 . Follow - up study : Three months after the end of the intervention , the sensory integration ability , physical condition , dietary situation and nutrition knowledge of parents were investigated , and the intervention effect was evaluated by parents .
Results of the study :
1 . The nutrition knowledge of 60 children with sensory integrative dysfunction was found to be 57.35 鹵 12.84 , and the passing rate was 34.7 % .
The attitude score was 80.94 鹵 18.73 .
The dietary behavior of children was 70.07 鹵 3.02 . Regression analysis indicated that the ability of sensory integration of children was influenced by the degree of education of the mother and the gender of the child .
2.60 sensory integrative dysfunction children Kaup index was 16.29 鹵 1 . 58 , of which 20.0 % had a thin phenomenon , and the correlation analysis showed that the sensory integration ability of children was affected by body weight , body weight index and skinfold thickness .
3 . This study found that the intake of vitamin B1 , zinc and calcium was lower than that of standard intake ( P0.05 ) . The correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis indicated that the sensory integration ability of children was influenced by energy , protein , vitamin B2 , iron , zinc , magnesium and calcium intake .
4 . Evaluation of intervention effect : The sensory integration ability of experimental group and control group was significantly improved compared with control group ( P0.05 ) . The effect of sensory integration training was influenced by whether parents nutrition knowledge intervention , protein , vitamin A , calcium , magnesium intake change value and physical change were carried out .
5 . Follow - up results : After 3 months , the sensory integration ability of children was measured , and it was found that the long - term effect of sensory integration training was better than that of using sensory integration training .
But parents have difficulty in eating behavior change .
Conclusion :
1 . The sensory integration ability of young children is closely related to the nutritional status of children . The lack of body weight and insufficient intake of nutrients is a risk factor for sensory integration disorder .
2 . Sensory integration training is an effective way to improve the sensory integration of children .
3 . The intervention of nutrition knowledge to parents helps to improve the sensory integration training effect of children . The improvement of sensory integration ability of children is related to the increase of physical changes and protein , vitamin A , calcium , magnesium and other nutrients intake .
4 . After 3 months of intervention , the follow - up showed that dietary nutrition knowledge was used to guide children ' s diet , and children ' s eating behavior was recovered to pre - intervention condition , suggesting that nutrition knowledge needed to be strengthened repeatedly to ensure stable behavior pattern .
