【摘要】：目的了解膜拜成員健康水平及其與自我和諧、焦慮關(guān)系,為膜拜成員的教育轉(zhuǎn)化提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2014年3—5月采取隨機(jī)抽樣方法在陜西省西安市教育轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)習(xí)班抽取63名膜拜成員作為膜拜組,并在西安市招募69名與膜拜組性別、年齡、文化程度相近的非膜拜人員作為對(duì)照組,采用自編一般情況調(diào)查表及自測(cè)健康評(píng)定量表(SRHMS)、自我和諧量表(SCCS)、狀態(tài)-特質(zhì)焦慮量表(STAI)對(duì)2組人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果膜拜組人員生理健康、心理健康、社會(huì)健康得分和自測(cè)健康總分分別為(119.11±23.96)、(89.17±18.55)、(74.68±16.70)和(310.33±45.65)分,均低于對(duì)照組人員的(131.86±21.51)、(104.80±24.26)、(86.00±20.52)和(353.36±60.02)分(均P0.01);膜拜組人員自我與經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不和諧得分、自我和諧總分分別為(49.85±10.16)和(100.73±13.14)分,均高于對(duì)照組人員的(46.32±8.41)和(95.95±10.53)分,自我的靈活性得分為(41.96±4.66)分,低于對(duì)照組人員的(44.62±7.88)分(均P0.05);膜拜組人員特質(zhì)焦慮得分為(48.98±7.46)分,高于對(duì)照組人員的(40.87±8.97)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=5.618,P0.001);多元線性逐步回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,影響膜拜成員生理健康的因素為特質(zhì)焦慮,影響膜拜成員心理健康的因素為特質(zhì)焦慮,影響膜拜成員社會(huì)健康的因素為自我和諧總分和自我的靈活性,影響膜拜成員自測(cè)健康總分的因素為特質(zhì)焦慮。結(jié)論膜拜成員的健康水平較低,其健康水平與低自我和諧程度和高特質(zhì)焦慮有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the health level of worshipers and their relationship with self-harmony and anxiety, and to provide reference for the educational transformation of worshipers. Methods A total of 63 worshippers were recruited from Xi'an education and transformation classes in Xi'an, Shaanxi province from May to May 2014, and 69 were recruited in Xi'an city for sex and age. Non-worshippers with similar education level were used as control group. The two groups were investigated by using self-designed general situation questionnaire and self-rated health assessment scale (SRHMSM), self-harmony scale (SCCSA), and status-trait anxiety scale (STAI). Results the scores of physical health, mental health, social health and self-rated health in the worshipers were 119.11 鹵23.96 and 89.17 鹵18.55, 74.68 鹵16.70 and 310.33 鹵45.65, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (131.86 鹵21.51l) and in the control group (86.00 鹵20.52) and 353.36 鹵60.02, respectively (P 0.01). The total scores of self-harmony were 49.85 鹵10.16) and 100.73 鹵13.14, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (46.32 鹵8.41) and the control group (95.95 鹵10.53). The scores of self-flexibility were 41.96 鹵4.66), which were lower than those of the control group (44.62 鹵7.88) (all P0.05), and the trait anxiety scores of the worshipers were 48.98 鹵7.46). The score of 40.87 鹵8.97 in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.001). The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the physiological health of the worshippers were trait anxiety, and the factors affecting the mental health of the worshippers were trait anxiety. The factors influencing the social health of worship members were self-harmonious total score and self-flexibility and trait anxiety. Conclusion the health level of worshipers is lower, which is related to low self-harmony and high trait anxiety.
