【摘要】：囤積障礙(HD)是最近幾年才被臨床診斷的一種精神障礙,已作為單獨(dú)的病種被納入到DSM-5。HD不僅降低了患者本人的生命質(zhì)量,還對(duì)家庭關(guān)系以及鄰里關(guān)系造成影響,同時(shí)對(duì)社會(huì)造成巨大的安全隱患(比如火災(zāi)、雜物坍塌造成的壓傷、傳染病等)。目前,在國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于HD的臨床報(bào)道較少,對(duì)該疾病的診斷和治療方法存在巨大的差異性,因此本文通過文獻(xiàn)搜索,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外HD最新的診療進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為更好地了解、治療這個(gè)疾病提供一些最新的臨床依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Hoarding disorder (HDD) is a kind of mental disorder that has been clinically diagnosed in recent years. It has been incorporated into DSM-5.HD as a separate disease, which not only reduces the quality of life of patients, but also has an impact on family and neighborhood relationships. At the same time, the society caused huge safety risks (such as fire, debris collapse caused by crush, infectious diseases and so on. At present, there are few clinical reports on HD in China, and there are great differences in diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Therefore, this paper summarizes the latest diagnosis and treatment progress of HD at home and abroad through literature search, in order to better understand, Treatment of this disease provides some of the latest clinical evidence.
