【摘要】：國外運(yùn)用基于努力決策任務(wù),與陰性癥狀量表和訪談相結(jié)合,對精神分裂癥患者的陰性癥狀特別是動(dòng)機(jī)缺失進(jìn)行研究。本文從基于努力決策任務(wù)出發(fā),重點(diǎn)介紹該任務(wù)范式及其在精神分裂癥患者動(dòng)機(jī)缺失評估中的最新研究,并從心理學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)和腦神經(jīng)科學(xué)三個(gè)維度,闡述動(dòng)機(jī)缺失的認(rèn)知神經(jīng)機(jī)制,論文結(jié)尾討論了該任務(wù)范式在評估精神分裂癥患者或其他患者動(dòng)機(jī)缺失中可能遇到的挑戰(zhàn),以及未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the hard work decision-making task and the combination of negative symptom scale and interview, this paper studies the negative symptoms, especially the lack of motivation of schizophrenic patients. Based on the hard-working decision-making task, this paper focuses on the task paradigm and its latest research in the assessment of motivation deficiency in schizophrenic patients, and focuses on the three dimensions of psychology, neurobiology and brain neuroscience. At the end of this paper, we discuss the challenge that this task paradigm may meet in assessing motivation loss in schizophrenic patients or other patients, and the development trend in the future.
