【摘要】：采用Meta分析方法綜合篩選中國老年人群阿爾茨海默病的主要危險因素。共納入17篇文獻。病例組共計2 422例阿爾茨海默病患者,對照組共計3 940例。Meta分析結(jié)果提示,在納入分析的9個危險因素中,與阿爾茨海默病發(fā)病關(guān)聯(lián)較高的因素是具有糖尿病病史、負性生活事件多、受教育程度低以及年齡大于70周歲的老年人群。因此,患有基礎(chǔ)疾病(糖尿病和高血壓)、生活中負性生活事件多、教育程度低以及年齡高等因素會增加阿爾茨海默病的發(fā)病風險。
[Abstract]:The main risk factors of Alzheimer's disease in Chinese elderly population were screened by Meta analysis. A total of 17 articles were included. A total of 2 422 patients with Alzheimer's disease were included in the case group and 3 940 patients in the control group. The results of meta-analysis showed that among the 9 risk factors included in the analysis, the most important risk factor associated with Alzheimer's disease was a history of diabetes mellitus. Negative life events, low level of education and age over 70 years old people. Therefore, factors such as basic diseases (diabetes and hypertension, more negative life events, low education and age) increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
