【摘要】：目的了解抑郁癥患者的住院費(fèi)用及其影響因素,為降低抑郁癥患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)山東省某精神�？漆t(yī)院2005—2012年住院治療的1 087例抑郁癥患者的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 2005—2012年山東省某精神�？漆t(yī)院抑郁癥患者的人均住院費(fèi)用不斷上升,人均住院費(fèi)用由2005年的2 742.00元上升為2012年的11 077.00元,年均增長(zhǎng)率為38.00%;住院費(fèi)用構(gòu)成中的治療費(fèi)迅速增長(zhǎng),由2005年的19.51%(523.50元)增長(zhǎng)到2012年的45.77%(4 696.00元),藥費(fèi)所占比例呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),由2005年的37.81%(1 014.50元)下降到2012年的19.87%(2 039.00元),治療費(fèi)、藥費(fèi)和床位費(fèi)是住院費(fèi)用前3位的組成部分;多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果表示,住院天數(shù)越長(zhǎng)、住院時(shí)間越晚、有醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)和入院次數(shù)較少的患者住院費(fèi)用較高。結(jié)論治療費(fèi)、藥費(fèi)和床位費(fèi)是抑郁癥患者住院費(fèi)用的主要組成部分,住院天數(shù)是抑郁癥患者住院費(fèi)用最主要的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hospitalization cost and its influencing factors of depression patients, and to provide a reference for reducing the economic burden of depression patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the medical expenses of 1 087 patients with depression who were hospitalized in a mental hospital in Shandong Province from 2005 to 2012. Results from 2005 to 2012, the per capita hospitalization cost of depression patients in a mental hospital in Shandong Province was increasing, from 2 742.00 yuan in 2005 to 11 077.00 yuan in 2012. The average annual growth rate was 38.00 yuan; the cost of treatment in the composition of hospital expenses increased rapidly, from 19.51 yuan in 2005 to 45.77 yuan in 2012. The proportion of drug expenses decreased from 37.81 yuan in 2005 to 19.872 039.00 yuan in 2012. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the longer the hospital stay, the later the hospitalization time was, and the higher the hospitalization cost was for the patients with medical insurance and less hospitalization times. Conclusion the cost of treatment, medicine and bed are the main components of the hospitalization cost of depression patients, and the days of hospitalization are the most important factors influencing the hospitalization cost of depression patients.
