【摘要】：目的觀察西酞普蘭對首發(fā)抑郁癥老年患者的療效及血清中腦源性神經(jīng)生長因子(BDNF)和神經(jīng)肽(NP)Y的影響。方法 82例首發(fā)抑郁癥的老年患者編號后應(yīng)用隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組各41例,對照組應(yīng)用氟西汀,觀察組應(yīng)用西酞普蘭,共治療6 w,應(yīng)用漢密頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評價治療效果,同時觀察血清中BDNF和NPY水平變化。結(jié)果觀察組與對照組治療后1、2、4、6 w末HAMD評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,治療6 w后兩組血清中BDNF和NPY的表達均升高,但是觀察組BDNF和NPY的升高值明顯高于對照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論西酞普蘭對首發(fā)抑郁癥老年患者的療效明顯,且起效快,同時能有效上調(diào)血清中BDNF和NPY的表達。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of citalopram on first-episode depression in elderly patients and the effects of BDNF and NPY on the serum levels of brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF) and neuropeptide (NPY) in patients with first-episode depression. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with first-episode depression were randomly divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41). Fluoxetine was used in control group and citalopram was used in observation group. After 6 weeks of treatment, Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect, and the changes of serum BDNF and NPY levels were observed at the same time. Results there was a significant difference in HAMD scores between the observation group and the control group at the end of 6 weeks after treatment. The expression of BDNF and NPY in the serum of the observation group and the control group increased at the end of 6 weeks, but the BDNF and NPY levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion citalopram is effective and effective in the treatment of first-episode depression in elderly patients. Citalopram can effectively upregulate the expression of BDNF and NPY in serum.
