孤獨(dú)癥兒童時(shí)序認(rèn)知的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:兒童孤獨(dú)癥是一種表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)交往障礙、語言障礙以及狹窄興趣和重復(fù)刻板行為的廣泛性發(fā)育障礙。日常生活和臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),孤獨(dú)癥兒童存在時(shí)間認(rèn)知上的障礙。而孤獨(dú)癥在情景記憶、自我意識(shí)等多方面的認(rèn)知缺陷都與時(shí)間認(rèn)知存在密切的關(guān)系。目前對(duì)于時(shí)間認(rèn)知的研究主要集中于時(shí)距和時(shí)序,而兒童對(duì)于時(shí)序的認(rèn)知易于對(duì)時(shí)距的理解,時(shí)序認(rèn)知也是因果推理的重要條件。對(duì)孤獨(dú)癥個(gè)體時(shí)序認(rèn)知狀況的研究,將促進(jìn)對(duì)其認(rèn)知缺陷的深入理解和探索。 本研究使用帶有自然順序編碼的圖片材料對(duì)孤獨(dú)癥兒童的時(shí)序認(rèn)知能力進(jìn)行研究,使用兒童孤獨(dú)癥評(píng)定量表(childhood autism rating sale, CARS)對(duì)孤獨(dú)癥兒童的癥狀嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行評(píng)估。6名5歲以上的孤獨(dú)癥兒童和6名與其智力、言語水平相匹配的智力障礙兒童參加了本研究。本研究嘗試探索孤獨(dú)癥兒童的時(shí)序認(rèn)知成績隨年齡發(fā)展的趨勢,比較了孤獨(dú)癥兒童與智障兒童的時(shí)序認(rèn)知能力,并分析了孤獨(dú)癥兒童在不同時(shí)序認(rèn)知任務(wù)上的表現(xiàn),以及孤獨(dú)癥兒童的時(shí)序認(rèn)知能力與其癥狀嚴(yán)重程度之間的關(guān)系。 研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): (1)孤獨(dú)癥兒童的時(shí)序認(rèn)知能力隨年齡增長有所發(fā)展,但發(fā)展緩慢。 (2)總體上看,孤獨(dú)癥組時(shí)序認(rèn)知成績差于智障組,孤獨(dú)癥兒童存在一定的時(shí)序認(rèn)知缺陷。 (3)孤獨(dú)癥組被試對(duì)社會(huì)性任務(wù)的時(shí)序認(rèn)知成績差于對(duì)物理性任務(wù)的時(shí)序認(rèn)知成績,智障組被試在社會(huì)—物理任務(wù)性質(zhì)上不存在顯著差異。 (4)兩組被試對(duì)程式性任務(wù)與因果性任務(wù)的認(rèn)知成績不存在顯著差異。 (5)兩類性質(zhì)的任務(wù)之間不存在顯著的交互作用。 (6)孤獨(dú)癥組被試的癥狀嚴(yán)重程度對(duì)其時(shí)序認(rèn)知成績不存在顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Autism in children is a kind of generalized developmental disorder, which is characterized by social communication disorder, language disorder and narrow interest and repetitive stereotype behavior. Daily life and clinical observations showed that autistic children had temporal cognitive impairment. However, autism has a close relationship with temporal cognition in many aspects, such as situational memory, self-consciousness and so on. At present, the research on temporal cognition is mainly focused on time interval and time series, and children's cognition of time series is easy to understand time distance, and temporal cognition is also an important condition of causal reasoning. The study on the temporal cognition of autistic individuals will promote the understanding and exploration of their cognitive defects. In this study, the temporal cognitive ability of autistic children was studied using picture materials with natural sequence coding. The severity of symptoms in autistic children was evaluated by childhood autism rating sale6 (CARSs). 6 autistic children over 5 years of age and 6 children with mental retardation matched with intelligence and speech level participated in this study. This study attempts to explore the trend of timing cognitive achievement of autistic children with age, compare the temporal cognitive ability between autistic children and children with intellectual disabilities, and analyze the performance of children with autism on different temporal cognitive tasks. And the relationship between temporal cognitive ability and severity of symptoms in autistic children. The study found that: 1) the temporal cognitive ability of autistic children develops with age, but develops slowly. (2) generally speaking, the timing cognitive achievement of autism group is worse than that of mentally retarded group, and autistic children have some temporal cognitive defects. (3) the temporal cognitive scores of social tasks in autistic subjects were worse than those in physical tasks, but there was no significant difference in the nature of social-physical tasks in mentally retarded subjects. (4) there was no significant difference in cognitive achievement between the two groups. There is no significant interaction between the two types of tasks. (6) the severity of symptoms in autistic subjects had no significant effect on their temporal cognitive achievement.
