【摘要】：目的:探討人群中TAAR6基因多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥的關(guān)聯(lián),闡明TAAR6基因與精神分裂癥的關(guān)系。方法:通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)檢索PubMed、Cochrance、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)和萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),檢索TAAR6基因多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥關(guān)聯(lián)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。檢索時(shí)間為1994年1月—2013年5月公開(kāi)發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行篩查,選出合適的文獻(xiàn),提取文獻(xiàn)中的數(shù)據(jù)。以比值比(OR)和95%可信區(qū)間(95%CI)為效應(yīng)指標(biāo)。采用RevMan 5.1軟件對(duì)各項(xiàng)研究原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,包括異質(zhì)性檢驗(yàn)、合并效應(yīng)量以及評(píng)估發(fā)表偏倚。結(jié)果:按照納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共有5篇文獻(xiàn)符合條件,共選取了5個(gè)位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行Meta分析,rs8192625位點(diǎn)的等位基因合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.81~1.07,P=0.32;基因型合并OR=0.88,95%CI=0.76~1.02,P=0.08。rs4305745等位基因合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.90~1.03,P=0.29;基因型合并OR=1.03,95%CI=0.92~1.14,P=0.62。rs6903874位點(diǎn)的等位基因合并OR=0.95,95%CI=0.86~1.04,P=0.27;基因型合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.84~1.04,P=0.20。rs6937506位點(diǎn)的等位基因合并OR=0.95,95%CI=0.86~1.04,P=0.27;基因型合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.83~1.03,P=0.17。rs7772821位點(diǎn)的等位基因合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.87~1.05,P=0.35;基因型合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.86~1.07,P=0.47。結(jié)論:人群中TAAR6基因5個(gè)位點(diǎn)的等位基因和基因型多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián),提示TAAR6基因多態(tài)性可能與精神分裂癥無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between TAAR6 gene polymorphism and schizophrenia and to elucidate the relationship between TAAR6 gene and schizophrenia. Methods: a computer-based search of PubMedus Cochrance (CNKI) and Wanfang database was carried out to search the literature related to the association of TAAR6 gene polymorphism with schizophrenia. The search time is from January 1994 to May 2013. According to the inclusion criteria, the relevant documents are screened, the appropriate documents are selected, and the data from the literature are extracted. The ratio ratio (OR) and 95% CI (95% CI) were used as the effective indexes. The original data of each study were analyzed by RevMan 5.1 software, including heterogeneity test, combined effect quantity and evaluation bias.
