【摘要】：目的:探討加味柴胡湯聯(lián)合帕羅西汀對抑郁癥患者血清炎癥因子、生活質(zhì)量及療效的影響。方法:本研究病例來源于醫(yī)院于2013年5月—2015年5月收治的抑郁癥患者90例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法隨機分為觀察組45例與對照組45例。對照組采用帕羅西汀治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合加味柴胡湯治療。兩組療程均為8周。比較兩組療效、HAMD總分及各因子評分、血清炎癥因子、生活質(zhì)量評分及不良反應(yīng)TESS評分。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率(91.11%)高于對照組(68.89%)(P0.05);兩組認(rèn)知障礙、睡眠障礙、軀體性焦慮、精神性焦慮、情緒及HAMD總分治療后明顯下降(P0.05);觀察組認(rèn)知障礙、睡眠障礙、軀體性焦慮、精神性焦慮、情緒及HAMD總分治療后明顯低于對照組(P0.05);兩組血清IL-2和TNF-α治療后明顯下降(P0.05);觀察組血清IL-2和TNF-α治療后低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組生理功能、精神健康、軀體疼痛、生理職能、情感職能、生命活力、社會功能及總體健康評分治療后高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組治療4周和8周TESS評分均明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加味柴胡湯聯(lián)合帕羅西汀對抑郁癥患者療效顯著,可明顯降低患者血清IL-2和TNF-α水平,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of modified Chaihu decoction and paroxetine on serum inflammatory factors, quality of life and curative effect of depression patients. Methods: 90 patients with depression from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The control group was treated with paroxetine, and the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups. The total score of Hamd, the score of serum inflammatory factor, the score of quality of life and the score of TESS of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (91.11) was higher than that of the control group (68.89), the cognitive disorder, sleep disorder, somatic anxiety, mental anxiety, emotion and total score of HAMD were significantly decreased in the observation group (P 0.05), the cognitive disorder, sleep disorder and somatic anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. After treatment, mental anxiety, emotion and total score of HAMD were significantly lower than those of control group (P0.05A), serum IL-2 and TNF- 偽 of two groups decreased significantly after treatment, serum IL-2 and TNF- 偽 of observation group were lower than that of control group (P0.05) after treatment, physiological function, mental health and somatic pain in observation group were lower than those in control group. The scores of physiological function, emotional function, life vigor, social function and overall health were higher than that of control group (P 0.05), and the TESS scores of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Chaihu decoction combined with paroxetine can significantly reduce the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF- 偽 in patients with depression and improve their quality of life.
