【摘要】：正良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)常見于老年人,且手法復(fù)位治療具有較高的有效率。目前BPPV的診斷和治療已得到神經(jīng)科、耳科等學(xué)科醫(yī)師的重視,但對BPPV患者尤其老年患者并存的情緒改變?nèi)灾匾暡粔�。本文將對近年來國�?nèi)外BPPV與抑郁焦慮的研究進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Positive benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPVs) is common in the elderly, and manual reduction therapy has a high effective rate.At present, the diagnosis and treatment of BPPV has been paid more attention by neurologist and otologist, but not enough attention has been paid to the emotional change of BPPV patients, especially the elderly patients.This article will review the research progress of BPPV and depression and anxiety at home and abroad in recent years.
