【摘要】：研究抑郁癥患者和正常人在不同的情緒認(rèn)知任務(wù)下大腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)是否存在差異。采用了相位同步的方法以衡量不同腦區(qū)間的連接強(qiáng)度,運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)全局和局部效率來刻畫大腦的小世界拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。選取16個抑郁癥患者和14個正常被試進(jìn)行正負(fù)情緒面孔搜索的認(rèn)知任務(wù),同時記錄頭皮腦電。選擇低gamma(30~50 Hz)和高gamma(50~80 Hz)兩個頻段的數(shù)據(jù)建立相位同步矩陣。結(jié)果顯示:抑郁癥患者組的全局相位同步值高于正常組;低gamma頻段網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本區(qū)間在(0.25~0.50)內(nèi),高gamma頻段網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本區(qū)間為(0.25~0.55),情緒加工網(wǎng)絡(luò)的全局和平均局部效率介于隨機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和規(guī)則網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間,具有小世界特性;在高gamma頻段,在最大效費(fèi)差下(網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本為0.3),全局效率值在組間有顯著性差異,此時局部效率無顯著性差異發(fā)現(xiàn);在網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本為0.5時,發(fā)現(xiàn)抑郁癥組在左頂顳區(qū)和枕區(qū)的局部效率顯著高于正常組,在情緒間未發(fā)現(xiàn)顯著性差異。綜上反映了抑郁癥患者情緒加工網(wǎng)絡(luò)的異常特性,為抑郁癥患者神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制的研究提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Study on patients with depression and normal human brain in emotional cognitive tasks under the different functions of the network whether there are differences. By using the method of phase synchronization connection strength to measure the different brain regions of the small world topology using the network parameters of global and local efficiency to describe the brain. Selected 16 patients with depression and 14 normal subjects of cognition the task of positive and negative emotional faces search, simultaneous recording of scalp EEG. Low gamma (30~50 Hz) and gamma (50~80 Hz) two bands of data to establish a matrix phase synchronization. The results showed that: the global phase depression group synchronization value is higher than the normal group; the low cost of the network in the range of gamma band (0.25~0.50). High frequency of gamma network cost range (0.25~0.55), a global network between emotional processing and average local efficiency between random networks and regular network, small world properties in high gamma; In the band, the maximum effect of fee difference (the cost of the network is 0.3), the overall efficiency values were significantly different between groups, the local efficiency had no significant difference found in the network; the cost is 0.5, found that local depression group efficiency in the left parieto temporal area and occipital area was significantly higher than the normal group, no significant difference found in the mood. The characteristics of the network reflects abnormal emotion processing in patients with depression, provide a reference for study of the mechanism of neural network in patients with depression.
