【摘要】：目的探討亞健康對(duì)機(jī)體氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的相關(guān)性。方法按照亞健康患者的類型,選取軀體性、心理性和社會(huì)適應(yīng)性亞健康患者各20例,以健康者作對(duì)照。采用分光光度法及免疫比濁法測(cè)各組機(jī)體內(nèi)血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSHPx)和丙二醛(MDA)的濃度水平。結(jié)果與健康者相比,三種亞健康患者SOD、GSHPx水平降低(P0.01),MDA水平卻明顯升高(P0.01),軀體性亞健康患者與心理性、社會(huì)適應(yīng)性相比,SOD、GSHPx水平降低更明顯(P0.01),MDA水平升高更明顯(P0.01)。亞健康患者癥狀積分與SOD(r=0.802,P0.01)、GSHPx(r=0.640,P0.01)呈正相關(guān),與MAD呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.727,P0.01)。結(jié)論亞健康患者處于氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài),其中軀體性亞健康患者相比心理性、社會(huì)性亞健康患者更為嚴(yán)重,亞健康與氧化應(yīng)激之間有明顯的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between sub-health and oxidative stress.Methods according to the type of subhealth patients, 20 patients with physical, psychological and social adaptability were selected as control group.The concentrations of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured by spectrophotometry and immunoturbidimetry.Results compared with the healthy subjects, the level of GSHPx in the three subhealthy patients decreased significantly, but the MDA level of P0.01P was increased significantly. The decrease of GSHPx level in the patients with physical subhealth was more obvious than that in the patients with mental and social adaptability, and the increase of the MDA level in the patients with physical subhealth was more obvious than that in the patients with physical subhealth.There was a positive correlation between symptom score of subhealthy patients and MAD (0.802% P0.01), but a negative correlation with MAD (-0.727% P0.01).Conclusion Subhealth patients are in the state of oxidative stress, and physical subhealth patients are more serious than psychologically subhealth patients, and there is an obvious correlation between subhealth and oxidative stress.
